Sweet One UK Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate for Sweet One UK, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Affiliate Eligibility

  • Our affiliate program is open to global affiliates for our website and UK-based affiliates for both our website and TikTok Shop.

  • Affiliates must be aged 18 or over.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a 10% commission on every qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions are based solely on valid transactions made through affiliate links and exclude any returns or refunds.

3. Order Refund for Affiliates

  • Affiliates are eligible for a refund on their own order if they generate a minimum of 2 sales through their affiliate link.

  • TikTok Shop Orders: Refunds are issued automatically once the minimum sales requirement is met.

  • Website Orders: To request a refund, affiliates must email pr@sweetoneuk.com with their order invoice and proof of the two qualifying sales made through their affiliate link.

4. Order Refund Conditions (Website Affiliates Only)

  • Refund eligibility is based on the order values of sales generated through the affiliate link on the Sweet One UK website.

  • Only orders placed by independent customers (not the affiliate themselves) will count toward the minimum sales requirement for refund eligibility.

  • Orders made by affiliates using their own link will not be included in the sales minimum calculation.

5. Affiliate Link Usage

  • Affiliates may share their unique link on social media, blogs, websites, and direct messages, provided that the promotions comply with local advertising regulations.

  • Affiliates must not engage in misleading or false advertising, or make unauthorized claims about Sweet One UK or its products.

6. Termination

  • Sweet One UK reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time if terms are violated, including fraudulent activity or misuse of affiliate links.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Sweet One UK may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email.
