Delivery & Shipping Information

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates depend on the weight, size, and contents of the parcel.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary. For delays lasting from 1-2 weeks, please contact Royal Mail or us directly to locate your parcel.

  • For international destinations, please refer to Royal Mail’s World Zones for a full list of countries.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • A Shipment Confirmation email, including your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24-48 hours.

  • Please note: Tracking is only available for customers who select a shipping method with tracking.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sweet One UK is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. Any additional fees, such as tariffs or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Delays

  • We take utmost care to package products securely, but Sweet One UK is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. Please save all packaging materials and contact the shipment carrier or us if you need assistance filing a claim.

  • Due to the global pandemic, delays of 1-2 weeks may occur. For tracking and claim support, please contact us or the carrier.

Returns & Refund Policy

Eligible Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns and provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.

  • Missing items: For incomplete orders, please contact us within 7 days. If an item is lost in transit, we may need to investigate before issuing a refund.

  • Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. An investigation may be required before a refund can be processed.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. We cannot process refunds for a change of mind.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within a few days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • For online payment orders, refunds will be initiated once confirmed. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
